  • No Medical Advice: All services, including Crystal Bed sessions, guided alignment, and community rituals, are for educational and spiritual purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Practitioner Limits: AuraOne facilitators are not licensed medical professionals or mental health counselors. Our offerings are complementary and should not replace the advice of your physician. Always seek professional guidance for medical concerns.

  • Crystal Bed Technology: The Crystal Bed is a wellness tool utilizing light, frequency, and crystals. It is not a medical device and is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental ailment.

  • Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary and at the member’s discretion. Members acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical, emotional, or energetic shifts that may occur.

  • Physical Safety & Contraindications: Members are responsible for their own safety. If you have a pacemaker, a history of seizures/photosensitivity, or are pregnant, you must consult a physician before using the Crystal Bed.

  • No Guarantees: While sessions are designed for alignment, AuraOne makes no guarantees regarding specific health or life outcomes. Results are subjective.

  • Information Collection: We collect Identity Data (name, email, phone), Financial Data (billing details), and Wellness Information provided through intake forms. This is collected via our website, cookies, and registration windows.

  • The "Why" (Purpose of Collection): We collect this information to:

    • Fulfill our membership contract and manage bookings.

    • Process secure payments via third-party gateways.

    • Ensure your safety and personalize your experience during 1:1 sessions.

    • Communicate essential updates and sanctuary news.

  • Third-Party Sharing: AuraOne does not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share information only with trusted partners (e.g., Stripe, scheduling software) necessary to provide our services. These partners are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

  • Your Legal Rights: According to relevant privacy legislation, you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time via the "unsubscribe" link.

  • Protection of Minors: AuraOne is a curated space for women aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from anyone under the age of 18. Any such data found will be deleted immediately.

  • Digital Security: We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure; AuraOne is not liable for third-party breaches beyond our reasonable control.

  • Confidentiality of the Circle: While we protect your digital data, members are responsible for maintaining the privacy of fellow sisters by not sharing stories or experiences heard within the community sanctuaries.
