Cancellation Policy
To ensure a safe, respectful, and grounded experience for both practitioner and client, please read the following policy carefully before booking. Booking & Payment All Auraone Monthly Alignment Ritual sessions are booked in advance and require full payment at the time of booking to confirm your session. Once booked, your time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session time are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation with care and discretion. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honour the container and any sessions that follow. No-Shows Missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Online Session Guidelines This is a private online session held via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are in a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and engage without interruption. Auraone is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end that prevent attendance. Scope of Practice Auraone Monthly Alignment Ritual sessions are intended for personal growth, emotional regulation, nervous system support, and energetic alignment. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and no medical diagnosis or treatment is provided. If you are currently experiencing severe mental health challenges, please seek support from a licensed healthcare professional. Personal Responsibility By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the session. You are encouraged to listen to your body and communicate any discomfort at any time. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your consent, except where required by law. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
