Cancellation Policy

To ensure a serene and transformative experience for all our clients, please review our booking and cancellation policies before scheduling your session. 1. Scheduling & Payment Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Pre-Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows you to settle in, hydrate, and set your intentions for the session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time to accommodate subsequent bookings. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We value your time and ours. If you need to make changes, please notify us as soon as possible. 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 12 hours before the appointment will be processed at no extra charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur 100% penalty fee. No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge for the full session fee. 3. Preparation for Your Session To get the most out of the Vogel Crystal Bed and light therapy: Attire: Wear comfortable, light-colored or white clothing (natural fibers like cotton are preferred) to allow the chromotherapy frequencies to transition effectively. Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to assist with energetic integration. Do not drink any alcohol for 3 days prior and post the session. Mindset: We encourage a "digital detox." Please ensure all electronic devices are silenced or turned off during the treatment. 4. Health & Safety Disclaimer Medical Consultation: While Vogel Crystal Bed therapy is a powerful tool for energetic balancing, it is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Contraindications: If you have a history of epilepsy (due to pulsing lights) or are currently pregnant, please consult with your physician and inform us prior to booking. You will be provided an eye mask. Note: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed above.
